[Contacts] Not possible to select a contact to be exported

There should be at least one contact in the contact list
1. Open contacts app and go to its settings
2. Tap on Export Contacts-> SIM card (for example)
3. Try to select the contact(s) listed
EXPECTED
It should be possible to select any of the contact listed to be exported
ACTUAL
Nothing happens when tapping on the contact or on the check box to select it.
This had been working before, looks like a regression.
