Expected:
Same, but without the globe icon stretched and fuzzy.
Other notes:
Strangely, I see this only occasionally. When I first saw the redesign, the globe looked stretched. Later, it appeared to be corrected. Now, it is stretched again. I do switch between Windows and Linux pretty often, and am using Windows now -- could that have anything to do with it?

I just checked IE9 and it looks fine. Do you know what IE version your Windows box has?

Can't be certain what version I saw it on, but I am not presently seeing it on IE10.
