Details

Dialer can still use "navigator.mozTelephony.dial(number)" to use a default service dialing out. If they want to specify a service, they use "navigator.mozTelephony.dial(number, serviceId).

This bug is fired for *backward compatibility*. However, as telephony API itself is backward compatible, I believe no extra work is needed in dialer app. I mark it as RESOVLED/WONTFIX. Please re-open it if any objection or problems. Thanks.
