User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130911155223
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox 24, Linux. (Ubuntu 13.04, 64-bit)

Actual results:
There is a 'Lego' brick icon in the address-bar which I assume is related to plug-ins, but when the icon is clicked the resulting dialog is empty and appears to have two null buttons aside from a "Show All" button which, when pressed, adds nothing but does seem to cause the lower two buttons to be given titles ("OK", "Cancel").
Unfortunately it is impossible to capture a screen-shot since pressing the 'Alt' of 'Alt+PrntScrn' or just 'PrntScrn' causes the dialog to disappear before the screen-shot is captured.
Expected results:
You tell me!
The 'Lego' icon should display a title when the mouse is hovered over it - it is not immediately obvious what it implies.
The initial dialog shouldn't be empty - it needs a title and basic explanation text as to why it is there.
It's not reproducible in Nightly.
