search problems with no select folders

Details
if you try to search on a no select folder, you'll get this error:
"The current command did not succeed. The server responded: SELECT failed:
Can't open ~/aaaaa: not a selectable mailbox"
for the front end:
1) don't allow the user to pick no select folders in search picker.
We'll have to fix our xul template rules.
for the back end.
2) if the user does a search on an entire imap server, or on a folder that
contains folders, we should skip over the no select folders.
