On some pages which take a long time to transfer data before anything is drawn, Ctrl+N does not open a new browser window while data is transferred (while the status bar say "Transferring data from <site name>". Selecting New window from the menu works correctly. A good example for this behavior is clicking the "New Checkins" link in mozilla.org. This link typically takes 10-20 seconds of "transferring" before anything is drawn. I'm not sure about the componenet this bug is related to, so just left browser-general for now.
