Device should not perform update automatically and it should pop up the message page to ask if user want to update the device again.

What's leading you to conclude that the update was applied?

I'm not entirely sure this is vendor build related. I'd check this on a non-ZTE based device before confirming that.

Hi Jason, Thanks for your remind. I have discussed with Ivan_Tasy, Engineering Project Manager , and we are support ZTE to verify partner build and will add "POVB" firstly if we can't identify the issue owner. If we know the issue should be handled by Mozilla, we will not add POVB.

Not a blocker for 1.3 - this problem has been present on multiple releases, so this won't block

Firefox OS is not being worked on
