Right now there's no easy way to determine the memory usage of whatever backs a DrawTarget. This means that if you call e.g. CreateOffscreenCanvasDrawTarget, it's unclear exactly how much and what kind of memory ends up being used.
We should add features to report heap and GPU memory usage to DrawTarget.
