In any situation, pop-up dialog boxes with text entry fields do not allow text
entry. Windows can be moved with window manager, other widgets appear to work
correctly, mouse cursor changes to 'I-beam' text entry cursor, but text cursor
does not appear and typed characters have no effect. Changing modifier state
(caps lock, num lock, etc.) have no effect.

Build ID in toolbar is all zeros, but this is a build of 0.92 I got off

Window manager is twm, as distributed with Solaris

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose Edit->Preferences...
2.Choose Navigator to get the Navigator page
3.Attempt to type in the 'Location:' text box; I get no effect
4.Mouse click in text box and type; no effect
5.Use window manager to change focus and type; no effect
6.Use keyboard shortcuts, tab; no effect
7.Try other popup windows, such as basic authentication dialog,   remainder of
preferences dialogs.
  

Actual Results:  Keyboard input was ignored on all cases; characters could not
be entered into text boxes.

Expected Results:  Typed characters should have appeared in text boxes as they
were typed; Mozilla should have taken action based on those typed characters.
