User Story:

As a user, I want access to Browser Settings (and other future functionality) to occur via a view menu in the toolbar, as per the UX spec.


Acceptance Criteria:

1. The view menu button is displayed in the toolbar as described by the UX spec.
2. The view menu provides a way to access the Browser Settings.
