Hitting "next message" doesn't change selection focus to msg pane

win32 2001072703 build
1. Open mail/news
2. Select inbox folder
3. Get new mail
4. Select different folder containing unread mail (filters have already moved
unread msgs to new folders oher than inbox)
5. Hit next msg icon or hit "n"
6. Hit delete.
UI is now warning you that folder is being deleted when user expects to only
delete msg. "Next message" infers a focus change from folder to message pane.

the patch to bug 70097 fixes this problem. But instead of moving the focus to
the msg pane (as this bug suggests), it moves it to the thread pane.
