We are starting to get there! The initial screens are in, behaviors are mostly there but need hooked up to IAC to actually check email status, create account, authenticate, and reset password. TOS/PP text needed, and a way to generalize this for use in the Settings and system apps.

I'm not sure what this bug is tracking. The (final AFAIK) code is in 897600. What's this useful for?
