Now the time format is based on the built-time localization file. Adding toggle for 24 hour format does not resolve the issue. Also need other built-in app to change the format. The change scope is big. Minus this one because time format is not critical to be addressed in v1.3.

Hi Steven, this is currently not in the roadmap, will not happen in 1.3, and we will add this into backlog.

This is in the backlog but currently not in 1.4 at the moment. We're checking on the scope of work needed as it actually touches many apps at once and possibly even gecko.
