When user inputs "*33*XXXX" into dialer and then clicks the green dialer button, they will observe Call barring in the title bar truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri V 1.2 COM RIL to BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Polish as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate to Dialer App
4) Input - *33*XXXX into Dialer
5) Press green Dialer button and observe
Actual:
"Call barring" text is displayed truncated
Expected:
"Call barring" is displayed in its entirety
