Description:
After changing device language to Polish, when user inputs "*43#" into dialer and then clicks the green dialer button, they will observe Call Waiting in the title bar truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri v1.2 COM RIL to BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Navigate to languages and change device language to Polish
3) Navigate to Dialer App
4) Input - *43# into Dialer
5) Press green Dialer button and observe
Actual:
"Call waiting" text is displayed truncated
Expected:
"Call waiting" is displayed in its entirety

I no longer see truncated "Call waiting" header in latest 2.1pre (2014-07-06, 049853bd).
