"Incoming Caller ID" MMI text is displayed truncated when device is set to Czech
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri V 1.2 COM RIL to BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Choose Czech as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate to Dialer App
4) Input - *#30# into Dialer
5) Press green Dialer button and observe
Actual:
"Incoming Caller ID" text is displayed truncated
Expected:
Text is displayed in its entirety

Marking as dependent on bug 908300 - that allows the font size of the header to decrease if the text is truncated and shorter text is not possible.

If the string is updated to "Caller ID" will it fit? I don't think there's a need for 'incoming'
