Description: Several options are truncated in the Developer settings menu when the device language is set to Hrvatski/Croatian. Repro Steps: 1. Update Buri device to 1.2 Commercial build 20131025004000. 2. Set device language to Hrvatski/Croatian. 3. Open the Postavke/Settings app. 4. Scroll down and tap the Informacije o uređaju/Device information button. 5. Tap the Više informacija/More Information button. 6. Scroll down and tap the Programer/Developer button. 7. Observe that several options in the Programer menu are displayed with truncation. These are: "Osvijetli ponovo oboja...", "Prikaži vrijeme učitava...", Bluetooth output u adb...", "Debugging output kont...", and "Omogui softversku 'h..." Actual: Several options in the Programer menu are displayed with truncation. Expected: All options are displayed in full without truncation. I figured I would log a bug for confirmation.

This is quite an issue. Since these are specific developer/programmer options that are in fact very precisely worded for a reason, shortening most of them will lead to both confusion and possibly a need for a developer manual somewhere which explains the shorthands. That would be cumbersome, to say the least. We can either see if the strings can be optimized, or lobby for a more general solution, like the one I proposed a couple of months ago [bug 898731], a smaller font could work also. Are there any solutions of this type in the works that anyone knows of? Cheerio, N

Hi Stephany, fix from #927785 would help for couple of strings that are too long, but it wouldn't fix everything. If possible, it would be nice to apply that patch for Croatian locale. Cheer.
