When a new device isn't connected to the internet and performs a search - the user doesn't get the "no connection" message. The message DOES appear after connecting, performing a search, and then disconnecting again.

(In reply to Evyatar 'Tron' Amitay (everything.me) from comment #0) > When a new device isn't connected to the internet and performs a search - > the user doesn't get the "no connection" message. What does "new device" mean in this context?
Flags: needinfo?(evyatar)
"new device" is a device without an "e.me session". either: - from the box - had it cache cleared - or even if enough time had gone by without using e.me (expiration rules)
Flags: needinfo?(evyatar)
minus on e.me feature.
