When I push the middle mouse button nothing happens. Yea I know it's an IE thing
but it's rather handy and more comfortable than turning the wheel or clicking
the scroll bar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Push middle mouse button
2.nothing happens
3.

Actual Results: Nothing happens

Expected Results: Scroll up and down and not have to hold button in, as in IE...

Thank you for the password minder.
