It would be nice to gather all of the large (>1mb) intermittent leaks into one place, to better keep an eye on them. They are usually pretty bad, and often the sign of cycle collection failure. I used occasional instead of intermittent to avoid hitting the orange detector. Anyways, I'll try to gather some of these up.

The bzapi search used checks for the keyword 'intermittent-failure' - so long as that isn't set, the summary can be anything (I have a daily bug whine that looks specifically at the summary, to find bugs missing the keyword, but I can exclude false positives pretty easily).
