Currently icc.readContacts uses a DOMRequest, and the onsuccess is called when *all* contacts are imported. We could revise the behavior here, for example, a on-contact-read callback is called each time when *a SIM contact* is retrieved. So we could provide a better user experience with this API. Perhaps an additional 'on-read-completed' callback to show the reading procedure is finished is also needed.
