User Story

As a user, I would like to be able to update my existing installed apps to become packaged apps (APK).

As Mozilla Marketplace, I would like to ensure that the apps are up to date on Android devices thus be able to detect existing apps installed and upgraded to APKs.

Solution: one-time update code (Fx29) detecting apps in the registry, offer to update selected APKs
