When adding an event to the calendar, the user can select what calendar app to use via a droplist. When the user changes the language and launches the calendar, this droplist is slow to translate. Text will be displayed in the previous language for several minutes before appearing in the correct language.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131108004004
2) Launch calendar app.
3) Navigate to the 'Add Event' section of the app.
4) Use the task manager to close the app. (long tap on home button, swipe upwards on calendar app card)
5) Use the settings app to change the language on the phone.
6) Launch the calendar app.
7) Navigate to 'Add Event' section of app.
8) Observe drop list for selecting which calendar to use.

Actual:
Drop list is displayed in previous language. After several minutes, list will update to appropriate language.

Expected:
Drop list is displayed in current language when app is launched.

Can you reproduce this issue on master? On April 8th we landed a major rewrite of l10n.js (bug 914414). It might have fix that.
