Details
Overview Description: Menus on the Mac become unresponsive after a dialogue
has been presented and dismissed. By unresponsive I mean you can pull down
the menu, but clicking on any of them doesn't trigger an action. This has been
happening for awhile but I finally got a reproducible test case.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Apprunner
2) Goto a site that requires a dialogue, such as
http://www.w3.org/P3P/Group/Syntax/Drafts/WD-P3P-19980814/syntax.html
3) Enter a bogus username/password
Actual Results: Menus become unresponsive. Try QA - Bug Writing or Tasks -
Editor. Nothing is triggered.
Expected Results: Menus should function normally.
Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 7/7 build, Mac 8.5
Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: Linux/Windows, no problems.
Additional Information: The same problem exists for other password dialogues
such as when you go to Edit - Wallet - Wallet Contents. Basically, after using
any of the singlesignon or autofill features, the menus stop working.

I see simon has figured this out, it is a focus issue, which explains why it happens after dialogues are presented.
