Example of app blurbs
As demonstrated in the attached mock, apps in collections may have short descriptions of up to 140 characters in the future. I imagine this would take the form of a new field on the CollectionMembership model.
The API should allow for the creation, update, and retrieval of collections with descriptions in the app. Any functionality introduced by this bug should be behind the waffle flags created for bug 937248 and bug 937246.
