steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/premium-packaged-app-1/payments/ 2. Select China as a supported region 3. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/region/cn 4. Approve the app 5. Revisit the Compatibility & Payments page 6. Notice the region selection expected behavior: China is selected and it says (Approved) next to it observed behavior: China is deselected after it has been approved.
