Rui: Your screen shot indicates that you are running mozilla on Japanese system and entering Korean chars, correct?
As far as I know we only support the native system charset on the TITLE BAR.
Marking as WONTFIX

Yes, you are right. I was running Ja NS6.1 on a Japanese Win2K and entering
Korean KSC5657 Hanja chars.
Since not only native system charset can be supported on WinNT, Win2K and
WinXP, I would like to make sure whether we need to fix or not if user use
English NS6.1 on a Korean Win2K and cause the same problem? Thank you.
I believe it will be the same on a Korean Win2K, but I don't have a Korean
Win2K here right now. I will setup it and attach a screen shot later. Reopen
this bug.

Take 2 screen shots on KO Win2K with USRTM Ns6.1.
A is under Korean encoding.
B is under Unicode encoding.

This is a generic widget problem, not mail compose specific.

There are 2 solutions to fix 97671:
1. Fixed on 8bit CS layer
2. Fixed on unicode layer
Only 2nd solution will affect this bug, and the duplicate is based on the 2nd
solution.
Leave as RESOLVED DUPLICATE for now, and will verify after fixing 97671.
