steps to reproduce:
1. Load marketplace stage in Firefox mobile
2. Start the purchase of a paid app
3. Choose to pay with a credit card
4. Enter credit card details which you know to be associated with another account
5. Notice the error message
observed behavior:
The error screen has no way for the user to return to marketplace. In firefoxos, the trustedUI has 'x' which the user can return to marketplace.
Suggested fix:
Since the purchase flow opens in a new tab, we can provide a "close" link which would just close the tab.
