(long form for: I can't reproduce! :-( ) What version of OS X is this, have you tried reproducing on the default Firefox theme (assuming you're using a custom theme) and/or with add-ons disabled (safe mode) ?

Oops, safe mode is always a good idea. :) the add-on "Menu Icons Plus" caused the issue.

Great. The add-on author would probably appreciate hearing about this - but I guess that means we'll close this bug because we can't fix it ourselves. :-(
