Details
The 1.2 solution we're going to do for OOP support is to enable OOP for third-party keyboards only when a developer option is set. We'll keep the main keyboard app in process.

Setting to koi+ per decision on bug 940879 - this is the solution we're going to do for 3rd party keyboards for 1.2.

I talked to Andreas about that. He doesn't want any of these changes for 1.2.
