Details

The Windows 8.1 SDK has a slightly different path convention. Old: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Lib\win8\um\x86 New: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Lib\winv6.3\um\x86 This is causing the following errors when trying to build: LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'kernel32.lib' configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables. *** Fix above errors and then restart with <command line here>
This will be fixed in 1.9. Otherwise, you can grab the updated bat files from the repo now.
