Click 'Allow' in the notification bar, then 'Allow now' Flash in the pop-up AR: The notification bar appears again asking to enable Java ER: The notification bar shouldn't appear again, because I've already chosen what plugins I wanted to enable

Actually this is a regression from bug 941714. It also causes the following: 1. Have Flash on 'Always activate' 2. Open a youtube video 3. Block the plugin from the CTP doorhanger AR: The notification bar for hidden plugins shows up, even if there is no hidden plugin

bug 941714 didn't land on FF26 so how is this a regression from that and affecting FF26?

Nothing about this bug needs to block. Comment 2 should be filed separately, but still isn't a blocking-level issue.
