This seems to happen on any site with form elements that have, as the first form field, a text entry field. This was replicated on a https site and on the login page for amazon.com The first form element in a page cannot be clicked into to enter data. Clicking the mouse in the second field seems to allow either shift-tabbing back to the first form field or clicking in that first field to enter data. This seems to only happen when more than one field is in the form. I do not remember this happening in 0.9.2.
