The gaiatest/apps/messages/regions/new_message.py cannot auto swith from Contacts app to Message app.

This is resolved by bug #943757

I apologise Askeing, you were right about this! I was mixed up between the other failures. I want to remove the switch_to_frame entirely but I'll have to come back to this, I guess.
