With support for landscape and portrait orientations coming in effect, we need a strategy with how handle wallpapers.

My proposal.
1. Include both landscape and portrait orientations of wallpapers, this will be very useful with photography. I foresee the image would contain a tag ie.
portrait > FXOS_P_Mountains.png
landscape > FXOS_L_Mountains.png

If this tag is not present, then the system would crop the image, see #2.

2. Square wallpaper is provided and cropped according to orientation.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
