This page is pop-up advertisement window. Local menu on this window does not
contain item "Block Images from this Server".
The images is still loaded even when I add the site to list of sites to block
the images.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the URL.
2. Call the local page menu by clicking on the page with right mouse button.
Cancel the local menu
3. Call main menu item "Tasks/Privacy and Security/Image Manager/Block Images
from this Site". Confirm the alert dialog.
4. Call main menu item "Tasks/Privacy and Security/View Sites that can/can not
Display Images". Check whether the site www.colonize.com is in the list of
blocked sites.
5. Reload the page by clicking on "Reload current page" button.
Actual Results: Step 2 - no "Block Images" menu item.
Step 5 - still see the image
Expected Results: Step 2 - see "Block Images from this Server" menu iterm
Step 5 - no images are loaded from the server
Probably we have the issue because the image is loaded as body background: <body
background="http://www.colonize.com/images/pop.gif">

Currently the image blocking doesn't work on backgrounds: bug 84654
, and the "block images from this server" menu missing it's bug 94170
Duping against the first one.
