1. turn APZ on in settings
2. reboot the device
3. go back to settings
4. scroll through the settings a lot.
Expected: no white out.
Actual: white out
Note:

(video shows me hitting some checkboxes; you don't have to hit the checkboxes in order for this to occur. I believe it may be more memory issue related)

About memory dumps: about-memory-0 is when I hit the white out. about-memory-2 is scrolling and clearing the white out (ie after the white out)
