On a DSDS device, it doesn't make sense to show both Carrier signal notifications if there's only one SIM card inserted. This is confusing and unnecessary. Instead, we should just display 1 SIM, corresponding to if it's SIM 1 or SIM 2 slot. Screenshot REpro: 1) install 2013-12-11 Fugu nightly build 2) Insert 1 SIM card in the device slot. Either slot 1 or 2 3) Turn on homescreen. 4) Verify there's two progress bars in the status bar. We should remove 1 of them if there's no actual SIM card inserted Expected: - only show 1 SIM signal strength if 1 SIM card is inserted Actual: - shows 2 SIM signal strengths
