User Story: As a user, I want to be able to sign up for a firefox accout during the first run experence if I do not already have one. (refined from 897600) Note: the email verifcation process can not block the first run experence and the verifcation and enabling of Firefox Accounts will not be part of the FTU for new users. Acceptance Criteria 1. During the First Run Experience, if I do not currently have a Firefox Account, I can create one by supplying a new username and password. 2. At any time during the process I can cancel, and skip the Firefox Account creation section of the First Run Experence 3. After creating a new account, I am notified that a confirmation email has been sent to me and must configure email and follow the steps in the confirmation email to continue. 4. If my device drops connectivity while in the process of creating an account, I am made aware the of the lack of connectivity and asked to sign in later through Settings.

Manual Tested Acceptance criteria (take #1), including: - Can system handing going back and trying alternate workflow? - Can system handle all user input fields without error? - Does the signed-in account shown in the Settings-> Firefox accounts? - Does the system generate proper COPPA text depending on the input? - Does the system handle cases where user is interrupted in the middle by power outage? Hi Borja, We're going to do a review of the FxA on OS features early next week to ensure that the product and UX requirements are met (I expect they all are). The output of that should be the closure of most of the FxA user stories that were targeted for 1.4/2.0.
