User Story:
As a develper, I want to utilize a standard firefox accounts experence when requesting a reauthentication (FxA to manage the UX)
Acceptance Criteria
1. When a 3rd party service requests a forced authentication, the standard Firefox Accounts UX will be used
2. A 3rd party service should not need to implement their own verification UX
3. After a completion of a challenge the UI should be closed and the user returned to the calling application.
