Steps to reproduce:
* Open "textinput.html"
* Select the word "firefox"
* Drag the selection to somewhere else in the input field (eg. to before "mozilla")
Actual results:
The browser navigates to "www.firefox.com"
I can not reproduce this bug in release channel.
