steps to reproduce:
1. Start the app purchase from marketplace-stage
2. Sign in using persona
3. Enter PIN
4. Click Buy on the bango purchase screen
expected behavior:
Purchase is complete and user returns to marketplace and there is a prompt to install the app which was just purchased.
observed behavior:
The screen is stuck at "Payment Complete!" and never returns to marketplace.
NOTE:
- A sms is receive confirming the app purchase
- Closing the tab with 'Payment complete!' results in Payment Cancelled error messsage
- User is not prompted to install the app.

Same thing is true when the user cancels the purchase.
Summary: After app purchase, the tab with "Payment Complete!" never closes → After app purchase success/cancellation, the tab with Payment Complete!/Payment Cancelled never closes
