1. lauch Settings app
2. enable "Screen lock > Passcode lock"
3. press power button to lock phone
4. press power button to unlock phone
5. tap "Camera" icon to lauch Camera app
### Expected
Camera can take the photo and record video.
### Actual
Camera doesn't work, preview is black screen.
