Reproduced on latest Aurora (20131217004003) and latest Nightly-Holly (20131217040201).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open App Manager
2. Add a packaged app that wasn't added before with the same profile
3. Check the Manifest Editor
Actual results:
Sometimes, the Manifest Editor is empty, the "UPDATE" button must be selected in order to view the manifest content. Choosing another app and then returning to the newly added shows the Manifest data.
Expected results:
The Manifest content is displayed from the beginning.
