NFC11

As a user, I would like to share a currently playing media (image, video, contacts, URL) with another device (tablet, TV etc) using open standards / mechanism. The media starts playing on the second screen.

- NFC is used to pair the device
- media context transfer & play happens using open standards (partner contributions)
This is partner's customization function.
