Description: After having a transfer attempt rejected by the receiving device, the user does not get an option to retry transferring contact information via Bluetooth. Repro Steps: 1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131223004001 2) Be connected to another device via Bluetooth and have contacts in the contact list. 3) Launch the Contacts app. 4) Tap the gear icon, then Export Contacts, then Bluetooth. 5) Select a contact then tap Export. 6) On the Bluetooth page, select the device that is paired. 7) When the other device receives the transfer notification, select it then tap Cancel. 8) On the first device, tap on the delivery failure notification after the transfer is cancelled. 9) Observe the device's reaction. Actual: The notification disappears with no further interaction. Expected: The user receives a dialog detailing the failure with an option to retry the transfer.
