Overview Description:

Not sure what component this is, so redirect it...  When <LI> follows a <b>
element, it returns the same information (all list items are numbered "1")

Steps to Reproduce:
 1) Go to http://www.mozilla.org/tools.html
 2) Look at the list of tools.

Actual Results:

1. CVS ......
1. LXR ......
1. Bonsai ... etc.

Expected Results:

1. CVS ......
2. LXR ......
3. Bonsai ... etc.

Hmm... Just noticed that this is a dupe. I didn't find the others when I ran a
couple queries. I still like my testcase though.
