The tools menu of the add-on manager (including options like "Install add-on from file...") can't be reached by keyboard alone.
Setting |-moz-user-focus: normal;| on this toolbar button is enough to make it keyboard accessible as it seems. Most likely this is a Mozilla bug (except if they decided to not do that?).

Would some make mozbio 684457 block the Instantbird tracking bug for me? I lack the necessary rights (but maybe this was my third case I which I've needed it, so I could apply for them).
