*** Original post on bio 2116 at 2013-08-20 16:24:00 UTC *** It's OK to show offline contacts, but there seems little point to showing contacts for accounts that are disconnected. (Unless you plan to autoconnect accounts when starting a conversation with such a contact?) The current behaviour is certainly a bug.
