As mentioned before, branches following the b2g-x.y.z naming scheme *must* be rebased, *not* merged.
Depends on bug 959019 to avoid bringing ADDITIONAL_BUILD_PROPERTIES use to kitkat.

BTW, I don't see a b2g-4.4.2_r1 branch in android-sdk.
